Fly casting open to all members whether you have never cast a fly rod or would like to improve your casting skills. There will be FFI certified fly-casting instructors there to work with you. The instructors will work with beginner fly casters as well as some of us that need FFI certified instructor’s guidance to improve our casting.
Important; For safety, bring a hat, sunglasses and water.
Please bring a 5 or 6 weight 9-foot fly rod with a floating line with a 0X or 3X 7 1/2 foot tapered leader. AFC will have fly rods and reels on hand for you to use If you do not have a 5 or 6 weight rod.
