ARIZONA AMERICN ITALIN CLUB
The fly tying classes are designed for beginning fly tiers as well a experienced fly tiers.
There will be members of the club at the class that may assist you in learning how to ties the flies.
AFC will supply all the materials and equipment needed to tie the flies.
The classes wl be at the Arizona American Italian club in the game room behind the bar.
The classes will start at 7 PM.
The fly to be tied will be the DISCO MIDGE
Presenter Bryce Sisson - Topic - Native Trout Production at AZGFD Hatcheries.
Short Bio:
Bryce was born and raised in Prescott, Az. In 1999, Bryce caught the AZ state record brown trout in Reservation Lake. After high school, Bryce attended Yavapai College and Northern Arizona University. His areas of study included an Associate‘s Degree in Aquaculture and a Bachelor‘s Degree in Biology with an emphasis in Fish and Wildlife Management. Bryce began his career with the Arizona Game and Fish Department in 2001, as a summer intern at Tonto Creek Hatchery. He spent an additional summer working on Apache Trout stream renovations before returning to the hatchery program full time. Bryce spent several years working at Page Springs Hatchery and a brief stint as Manager of the Sterling Springs Hatchery. He has been the Manager at Tonto Creek Hatchery for the past 9 years. When Bryce isn‘t working at the hatchery, he can be found spending time with his wife and two daughters, scouting for coues deer, or wetting a line wherever the fish are biting!

Maricopa County charges a fee to enter the park.
